The Third Forum on International Communication of the Partys History and Theories, alongside the seminar on Theories and Practices of Chinese Modernization in International Communication, convened on November 4 in Hangzhou. As practitioners of international communication of the Partys history and theories, it is our mission to clearly explain Chinese modernization to the world, thereby creating a favorable international environment for national rejuvenation. Since the beginning of this year, Excerpts from Xi Jinpings Discussions on Chinese Modernization, edited by the Central Institute of Party History and Literature, has been published in English, bilingual English-Chinese, French, and Russian editions, with additional multilingual versions forthcoming. These publications serve as authoritative resources for the international community to understand and study Chinese modernization.

The university aims to lead in building a world-class institution with Chinese characteristics. Last year, the Research Base for International Communication of the Partys History and Theories, established at Zhejiang University in collaboration with the Central Institute of Party History and Literature, significantly advanced the universitys disciplinary development and talent cultivation in international communication, yielding remarkable results. On the new journey of the new era, we must further enhance academic research on international theoretical communication and strive to present the unique appeal and practical value of Chinese modernization to the world, making China's stories more vivid, its image more dynamic, and its culture more deeply appreciated globally.
